Booking & Cancellation Policy

Lumberton Medspa has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please be advised that canceling up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via phone call or mangomint text will be processed WITHOUT a penalty. We send out multiple text messages and emails to confirm appointments. You can cancel your appointment upon email or text notification yourself by following the instructions on that text.

Cancellations or rescheduling made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of a non-refundable fee of 50% of the service price up to $149.00. All services over $150+ will be charged a fee of $65.00. EXCEPT New Permanent Makeup Services and Single Procell appointments, the fee is $200.00.
This charge will be charged on the date the appointment is missed or rescheduled beyond 24 hours automatically. 

No-Show appointments will be charged the entire appointment price. No-show appointments are any appointment that you miss without calling or our text messaging system ( you can reply your text messages from us) to reschedule prior or same day of your appointment. You can call us at 409-656-2921 for any other questions. 

Deposits for new appointments are required and non-refundable. The deposit is kept as a credit if you reschedule or cancel within the policy above.
ALL deposits are non refundable. Deposits WILL be used for late cancellations, reschedules and no show appointments.

What is considered a late cancellation/late reschedule?
Any appointment missed without speaking to the client prior to the 24 hour policy. The late cancellation is considered late at the time of MISSED appointment.
Cancellations made 1 day (24 hours) prior to appointment are subject to cancellation fee; no fee if the appointment is moved to a different time of original appointment day. (Example: Client has an appointment for 9am Tues, and moves to 3 pm same day) We will accommodate as we can if the client has to move the same day due to unforeseen circumstances. 🫶🏼

What is considered a NO SHOW?
If a client does not come to their appointment and does NOT reach out the day of the appointment by closing 6:00 PM. The client will be charged 100% of the service charge minus the deposit if it was taken. Membership clients will use a their monthly token for service scheduled.
