Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Appointment Deposit

Lumberton Medspa requires deposits for all new service bookings. 

 

Deposits paid at the time of booking are NON-REFUNDABLE and in the circumstance that you cannot make your appointment date the deposit will remain as a credit on your account. 

 

Please be aware of the required length of time needed for your appointment. Please feel free to call us for appointment details. 

Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour cancellation is required for all appointments. Please be advised that canceling or rescheduling your appointment prior to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be processed WITHOUT a penalty. Our employees appreciate this time to be able to find someone to take this appointment. 

 

Canceling or rescheduling your appointment 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of a non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 to be charged on the date the appointment is missed or rescheduled. 

 

**NO SHOW** appointments will be charged the entire appointment price.
