We will never use lash clusters as they are extremely damaging to your natural lashes.

We use medical grade adhesive and products of the highest quality that keep your lashes healthy.

Yes. The extensions are not touching the eye or the skin and are safe for people wearing contacts.

Our eyelash extensions do look natural since they are applied one by one and follow your lash line.

By offering a wide range of styles and types (diameter, length, curl type), we are able to make your lashes fuller and longer while respecting your features.

Lash extensions follow the natural growth cycle of your own lashes.

If you follow our after care instructions and depending on your lifestyle and level of activity, your maintenance (fill) appointments can be 2 to 3 weeks apart.

Prior to your visit, make sure your face is clean and without makeup. Use only water-based cleansers so no oil residue interferes with the bonding agent.

We recommend you do not drink coffee or energy drinks, as it will make your eyes flutter during the appointment

Be prepared for some relaxing and pampering time!

Absolutely! If you’re planning to listen to music or a podcast during your appointment bring your headphones! We suggest having a playlist/podcast lined up as you won’t be able to open your eyes during the appointment.

You will likely use your phone for your music or podcast, which is great. But we ask that you silence your phone and text notifications as it’s a distraction. Most clients view their lash appointment as a time to disconnect and relax.

Absolutely! Don’t worry about falling asleep, your lash artist wants you to be as comfortable as possible during your appointment! It does not bother us at all. Lash naps are amazing!

Yes! Our lashes can keep up with your busy lifestyle. Our clients love how our extensions last and last, even when worn on vacation, skiing, swimming, snorkeling, and sunning all day! We recommend that you wait 24 to 48 hours before visiting the spa, tan, or spray tan to allow adequate adhesive bonding. After that, resume your regular schedule.

The standard tip range is between 15-20%.
